About Me
Former Pro Rhythmic ymnast, Mobility Coach, PT, BSc Sports Science. Helping you move better & live pain-free.
NICE TO MEET YOU
I'm Alisa
Hi, I'm Alisa, a Mobility & Stretching Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, and BSc Sports Science graduate dedicated to helping people improve their functional mobility and strength for everyday life.
My Background
I spent over 15 years as a professional rhythmic gymnast, training under Olympic-level coaches and competing at the highest levels. This experience gave me deep expertise in flexibility, body mechanics, and movement quality—knowledge that now forms the foundation of everything I teach.
Why I Created the Functional Mobility Method
After transitioning from competitive gymnastics, I pursued my BSc in Sports Science and certifications in personal training and mobility coaching. I realized that the techniques elite athletes use to stay injury-free, mobile, and strong aren't just for professionals—they can transform anyone's daily life.
That's why I created the Functional Mobility Method: a science-backed, step-by-step program that makes professional-level mobility training accessible to everyone.

My Story
I was at the peak of my rhythmic gymnastics career when I suffered double Achilles ruptures. For the rest of my competitive years, I performed through pain—literally freezing my ankles before competitions just to get through my routines.Â
The Reality No One Talks About
Incredible achievements. But also: injuries that don't disappear when you retire. After my career ended, then childbirth, I was left with a body that had given everything. I had a choice: accept limitations, or rebuild.
20 Years Later
It's been over 20 years since I retired. I'm almost 40. And I have full mobility. I'm injury-free. I move better now than I did after retiring. Not luck. Consistent work using the method I developed—the same one I'm sharing with you.
Why This Matters for You
You don't need my background to benefit from this. Whether you're dealing with old injuries, post-pregnancy changes, age-related stiffness, or simply want to move better—this method works.
Your body can rebuild. It can adapt. It can improve—at any age, from any starting point.
I still work on my mobility every week. Twenty years later, I'm living proof that pain and limitations aren't inevitable.
If I could rebuild after double Achilles ruptures and elite-level damage, you can achieve amazing things starting today.
